This is a huge market; you only have to search on Google to see the amount of private sellers. However, buying a used crib online is really not recommended. For starters, you won’t know the history of the item. Was it the subject of a recall? Is it still made by the company because if it isn’t you won’t be able to buy any spare parts. Crib sizes are always being altered by manufacturers, will you be able to find a mattress that fits perfectly.

Buying online can be a great way to buy a baby crib. Always make sure you know who you’re dealing with and you feel comfortable buying from them. Just because the store is online doesn’t mean there is no ‘human touch’; you can talk to them by phone and/or email, just as you would a salesperson in a store.
